In 2000, he graduated from the Moscow Department of the Law Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2006, he graduated from the Russian State Social University with a degree in Jurisprudence. From 2000, he worked as an investigator for internal affairs bodies, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. Since 2021, he has been a lawyer with the Moscow City Bar Association, and is a member of the Moscow Bar Association «Protection».
